### L'Ecrin des Frères Daum - à 5 min de la Place Stanislas

Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 105 m² 1930s house in Nancy, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a private 20 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 30 m² living room with sofa bed (with TV), dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen   
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- On the 1ᵉʳ floor, 2 bedrooms: One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a dedicated desk area. A second bedroom with 2 single beds  
\- On the 2ᵉ floor: 1 master suite with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and private shower room.  
\- Two bathrooms  
\- Two WCs   
  
\- A basement giving access to a bathroom with WC, a laundry area. The basement also provides access to a terrace and small garden.  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have provided the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A beautiful 75 m² garden with terrace and outdoor furniture, accessible via the basement.  
  
The house is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment, just a stone's throw from Porte Sainte-Catherine and 5 minutes from Place Stanislas. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
