I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the host was very helpful, I was looking for a vehicle for my son and the gentleman was helpful in my search which was great.appreciated. This rental was Clean, very reasonably priced, in a beautiful area and had all the ammenities a person would need for a short or long stay. A few things to take note of before renting are as follows: -While beautiful, the area is a subburb and not within a short walk of any restaurants/stores. -There is not a hot tub on the property as it states in the current add. This wasn't a problem for us but i could see it being a dissapointment to others. -There is not much sound proofing between the rental and the hosts living above. This is not the hosts fault, just the way the house was built. I think worth noting though that while in the rental you can hear all the walking/ doors & cupboards closing/ sinks upstairs. Biggest draw back was the lack of controls in the unit for heat and AC - we were either too cold or too hot. Would have been nice to have a small table and a couple of chairs to sit at while having breakfast. TV should be in living room and not bedroom. Should have fitted sheet as bottom sheet on bed - existing sheet did not fit the bed.
