Il y a plusieurs restaurants, quelques centres commerciaux locaux, le Harbourside Walkway et le terminal des ferries dans notre voisinage immédiat.L'établissement ne propose pas de climatisation, comme indiqué sur notre liste Expedia et dans l'e-mail de confirmation envoyé immédiatement après la réservation. Toutes nos chambres disposent d'un ventilateur de plafond au-dessus du lit et de deux ventilateurs portables dans chaque suite. This accommodates a lamp, clock radio alarm, device charging and an outlet for CPAP machines or other devices. For future guests we do have 2 Queen Suites that are in the corner of our building and afford much more privacy. If you would like to stay in one of these suites please request this and we will try our best accommodate you. The window and door security we have meet the requirements of AAA and are inspected by them annually. As for the safeness of our neighbourhood, we can attest that there is little to be concerned about. Granted Nanaimo is a community of over 100,000 people so there are urban issues throughout our city, however our little corner of town sees little of the challenges pervasive throughout British Columbia.
