A major highlight of this home is the game room, featuring multiple arcade-style games and a digital game board coffee table loaded with numerous digital board games, ensuring hours of entertainment for everyone.  
  
Guest Access:  
With three bedrooms, including a luxurious king in the master suite, a queen in the second room, and an adult-rated queen over queen bunk bed, as well as additional sleeping options like a queen air mattress and pack and play, our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. All the mattresses are high-end gel-infused memory foam, sure to impress.  
  
Step outside to breathe in the fresh country air and marvel at the expansive grounds surrounding the property. To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver  
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.  
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.  
  
Additionally, please be aware that we have flood irrigation, so every Wednesday, the yard will be flooded.
