"This hotel to me will hold a dear memory and that allows me to love it as it is now. It is located to an iconic BTS ARMY stop which is the YOU NEVER WALK ALONE bus stop and for that, it was the little hotel that could. "Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season. Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower. 2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator. "Pros: Rooms were very nice--spacious and clean. Convenient parking Convenient to arcade Convenient to seven-11 Beautiful views of the water, although the walkway to catch the sunrise was blocked off for security. Cons: Had to pay for EVERYTHING--you had to buy water shoes to swim in the pool. I wanted to just sit with my family at the pool, but I would have had to buy water shoes to do so, so I didn't. Once you buy water shoes, you need to pay for towels and a chair by the pool. The pool looks much better in pictures...the water was pretty dirty and smelly. No coffee in the rooms or early morning available before 10 am. You have to buy canned cold coffee from seven-eleven and store in the refrigerator. Restaurants on site were empty so it made us doubt the quality and we went elsewhere."

"this is a brand new residence/hotel complex in Gangneung, located in Songjeong beach area. this is not so bustling beach so that if you prefer a quite time in seaside of Gangneung, this is the right place. we had one night in an ocean view family room on 12th floor. the room is very spacious and well equipped with two large double beds for us (3 persons). they provide a good coffee machine, coffee cups, and wine glasses, but all of them are prepared for only two people, which is kind of strange for a family room and we paid for three persons. the hotel/residence has its own reastaurant arcade in the complex so that you have multiple dining options in the perimeter. However, we didn't use it but chose to take a short ride to nearby area for dinner and breakfast. If you have a car, then it would give you wider and affordable dining options. Overall, very satisfactory stay, and we will come back to this place again in the future."
