The lady that was in charge of showing us around was so sweet and informative. She gave us all her recommendation's for an excellent visit to kusatsu and they did not disappoint! We enjoyed the onsens, the new lounge, the drum show and the food! They got me a large yukata and food is wonderful. Room was clean and had extra futons for 5 more people, and the private onsen in room was amazing. The rooms were clean & big & had lots of space. Cute short entertainment in the evening. The buffet that’s included was just okay. Nothing special. I would prefer the traditional Japanese meals for the experience but we weren’t given the option to choose upon booking online. Only thing I would complain about is the slippers for small size 5 feet were not available so walking in big slippers hurt my toes & no baskets to bring to the onsen when I see some other women carrying it.
