We arrived late and they made changes to our dinner time while we were on our way. The atmosphere and environment of the hotel is very nice and traditional. Onsen are very good. Makes it a worthwhile location to stay. A short hop (500m) to the town centre and turning right at the hotel entrance brings you to a scenic outdoor man made/natural onsen location with Tori gates shrine nearby. The staffs are proficient in English and extremely helpful. Would recommend booking the private onsen so that the whole family can be together to soak and relax while creating new memories. Breakfast and dinner were superb and staff were attentive. The only thing I’d comment on is that the fact that there’s no elevator in the buildings. So the staff has to carry guests baggage’s up and down the stairs, which was brutal.
