Yellow House is a luxurious villa at Sanctuary Farm on Lake Naivasha, perfect for families or groups. With three en-suite bedrooms, generous living areas, and private gardens, it blends comfort with nature. Guests can enjoy open-plan dining, a cozy TV lounge, and a wide verandah that looks out onto wildlife and the surrounding sanctuary. We are a family-run conservancy and live on the farm, so one of us will always be around to help out. We share our phone number during check-in, and guests are welcome to call or send a message at any point of their stay with us. Sanctuary Farm is located on the shores of Lake Naivasha, in the heart of Kenya’s Great Rift Valley.
