« There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. »

« The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town. We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we...

"Désagréable surprise, la piscine et le sauna étaient fermés pour travaux. En remplacement, il nous a été offert l'accès à la piscine du Movenpick (10mn à pied par moins 15°), bien moins luxueuse et surpeuplée. De plus, le bar du 31e étage avec vue sur la ville était fermé au public pour un évènement privé ! Il n'a réouvert que le dimanche à 15h00, heure à laquelle nous devions repartie pour l'aéroport. Donc grosse déception… Appelez l'hôtel avant toute réservation pour savoir si les infrastructures proposées seront bien ouvertes"
