Joe and his team were incredibly accommodating and communicative to ensure we were comfortable and had their support available if needed. Amazing ocean and bay views, easy beach access, and a great central location to many destinations. There's always some worry when booking in the off season regarding what a vacation home will look like after the prime rental season; but we were impressed with the prestine condition. Quiet and barely even knew we had neighbors. Convenient to the beach. Easy to walk to store, ice cream and food.
