You'll have over 1,900 square feet of living space in this thoughtfully laid out unit - plenty of room for gathering or spreading out. Guests will enjoy direct access to the beach and a community pool, both just steps away from your front door. With the building elevator, you can enjoy the top floor view without climbing any stairs. The residential area of South Nags Head is ideal for travelers looking for a peaceful setting while still being just minutes from dining, shopping and attractions. After a day on the beach or lounging by the pool, come inside and relax in the spacious great room, where a wall of east-facing picture windows makes the most of the unobstructed ocean view. This tastefully furnished space features a 65" Smart TV and a comfy new sofa. It leads out to your own private covered terrace with pub table and chairs where you can listen to the crashing waves or simply breathe in the salty ocean air. The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with maple cabinetry, solid-surface countertops and bar seating. Best of all, the open-concept layout allows them to still socialize and enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals. A variety of books, games and puzzles provide plenty of opportunities for indoor entertainment and spending quality time with loved ones. The Sandbar is situated at Milepost 17 near Whalebone Junction, a unique location where you can easily head south towards Hatteras, over the bridge to Roanoke Island, or north to a variety of shopping, dining, and attractions in Nags Head. Walk or bike to Sam & Omie's for brunch and their famous Bloody Marys, then head across the street to Jennette's Pier for some of the best fishing and surfing conditions on the East Coast.
