Milepost: 11.50 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement.
