Level 3:
The great room, located on the top level has an open, airy family room with vaulted ceilings and a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo. Enjoy a yummy family dinner either inside at two, eclectic dining tables for 16 (with 4 additional stools at the kitchen bar) or a quick step outside will take you to the home's picnic tables with ocean views from the deck. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 microwaves. Bedroom (with Queen and semi-private bathroom).

Also outside will discover the home's large, private pool area with two outside showers (one is enclosed) and a picnic area. There is an enclosed garage that holds lots of family fun! Open the garage door and set up a game of corn hole in the extra-long driveway that will accommodate boats and trailers, and has a basketball goal. Then, relax and enjoy a barbecue dinner on one of the two grills (one is park style and the other is gas).

Sunny Daze is located in the town of Nags Head. In addition to being close to the beach, you can see the dunes of Jockey Ridge State Park that is just a quick drive down the road. There are many restaurants nearby like Old Nags Head Cafe, Grits Grill, and Blue Moon Beach Grill. There are several grocery stores nearby, such as Food Lion and Fresh Market.
