Beach Access: Just a 5 minute drive to the beach! Head east on Lakeside Street, across the bypass to the beach road (NC-12). Turn left and the Forrest Street Beach access will be on the right. The access offers paved parking, outdoor showers, lifeguard stand (in-season only) and a wooden walkway to cross over the dunes. Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings 51 Weeks in Advance: This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. \*NOTE: Elevator has access to mid and top levels - does not go to ground floor. Milepost: 16 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount.
