The living area invites you to unwind after a day of exploring the beaches of the Outer Banks, with plush seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring sleek appliances and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals. When it's time to rest, retreat to one of the three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with comfortable bedding, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the Outer Banks. Whether you re lounging on the beach, exploring nearby attractions such as Jockey s Ridge, or simply relaxing at home, this oceanside retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal beauty. Beach Access: Located north of the home at Conch Street. Head east out from the house and turn left onto Route 12\. Beach access with paved parking is less than a mile from the property. No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee. Washer/Dryer-in-one combo provided. Milepost 13.5 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Public access to the beach was a 15 min walk or a 2 min drive although you could see the beach from the porch. 3 min drive Jockey's Ridge State Park.
