My sister and I brought our 85-year-old mother, and beach proximity with no stairs was our primary need. So this was perfect for that! There are no dunes to scale or long exhausting journeys through scalding sand. My mother was able to bring her small hypoallergenic dog, so that was also a huge bonus. I will say that eventhough it has three bedrooms and two baths, it is ideal for no more than three adults, or two adults and a baby in a crib. ##### Catherine V.
