The front desk staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire check-in process and for our entire stay there. The room itself is clean and comfortable, but interestingly enough, for the room that we had, the sink is not separated from the bedroom with a door. The beds are decent enough although the pillows could be a little bit better. Take advantage of the expansive self-service laundry facility along with the bedrock bath and massage chairs if that's your thing. Also, be sure to use the free shuttle service from the hotel to Nagoya Station. Laminated tickets are available at the front desk lobby every morning starting at 5 AM and they are on a first come, first served basis.
