The only thing I didn’t like was the room I was given, it was on a high level but the window was facing 4 walls so ventilation wasn’t great. The central heating of the hotel meant that it got abit hot, but the hotel was able to supply me a pedestal fan. Otherwise the location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic! After checking with the concierge, the problem was quickly resolved. It might be related to the room preparation but it had been handled in a nice and attentive way. Other than that the hotel location is excellent. It is located in a quiet street within the busy area of Sakae district. This is perfect for sightseeing around the city and even for spots adjacent to the city.. Besides, the staff are also friendly and halpful.
