We stayed at a triple room. Room is considered spacious and bathroom is clean. The hotel provides amenities like green tea, pajama, toothbrush, comb, shaver, cleansing lotion, toner, moisturizer, additional shampoo, etc at the lobby area. The only thing is WiFi signal can be weak at times.

Very good value in a great area

This was the perfect hotel for us. The rooms are small but it’s very affordable and the area is great. It’s right across from a subway station and many restaurants and bars are walkable. Central Park, with the Nagoya Tower is a short walk. Even though the room is smaller, the lobby is a great place to hang out. It’s perfect to read or get work done. The staff is very helpful and efficient.

Chubu Airport Shuttle Bus service drops off and picks up right in front of the hotel. The Hotel breakfast service is both satisfying and tasty. The lobby has free coffee. Family Mart, Lawson's, and 7-11 are close to the hotel. Taxi service, subway and the bus line is easy to access.

We loved it!

We loved this hotel! The staff was so sweet and super helpful, they went above and beyond to sit down with us and suggest restaurants in the area. They also had snacks and special hair care/ face oils, creams, etc. in the lobby which is always amazing!!

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They have so many amenities and very convenient. The price is amazing for what you get. They have plenty of outlets to charge your devices. Everything is clean. Fun shared bathroom experience. They also have coin laundry which is super helpful especially in the middle of my trip.

They have a suitcase scale to check the weight prior to going to the Chubu Airport. Japan Airlines 23 kilo maximum per checked luggage to USA. For a large person who is disabled the bathrooms do not have safety hand rails to go in and out of the shower tub.

I heard heavy things moving till 2:00 am and the room felt like things moved were hitting against the wall. I know it is a smoking room but it is smelly. Don’t know if it was staff or tenants but it was noisy. The staff were very nice though. Lobby nicely decorated for Halloween. Coffee and tea in the lobby were very generous and good quality.
