Très bel hôtel, décoré avec goût . Très bien situé . Accessible à pied ou avec la navette gratuite pour l’aéroport . La literie est formidable! Le bar bénéficie d’un happy hour tous les soir. Un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner minimaliste . Le deuxieme jour, les pâtisseries et viennoiseries n’étaient pas du jour .... Il manque aussi de produits de bain:1 petit flacon pour 2, cela fait juste. Pas de Room service et pas de port de bagages en chambre. Nous avions 5 valises très lourdes et les 4 employées de l’accueil nous ont regardées nous débrouiller sans nous proposer leur aide. Malgré ces petites remarques qui peuvent être améliorées, cet hôtel est très agréable .

Convenient for jet boat to Tsu across the bay. Weird shuttle. Can drop you off at aIrport but not pick you up. You have to walk through concourse and enclosed walkway to end up 400 neters from hotel. There's where the bus can pick you up. But by that time you might as well walk the rest of the way.

Wonderful staff. Conveniently next to Nagoya Airport. Stayed here for the Japan Grand Prix and have no complaints. This is the best place to stay if you’re planning to attend the F1 race at Suzuka Circuit. Easy access to the JR and Metro Subway lines. 7-11 nearby if you prefer not to spend money on grab and go food at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

地理位置很近機場和Aeon Mall, 酒店大堂和房間也十分漂亮、時尚，但職員的服務態度很差，我和朋友早上在大堂聊天、還有30分鐘才到check out 時間，職員突然走過來，沒有表情、態度很差地問：Where is your room card? 而且房間髒亂，床下有垃圾和用過的紙拖鞋，時鐘沒有電，停了也不換電。

A nice gateway with an ocean view
Everyone was very helpful at the front desk. We ate at a restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere with a view of the bay. Liked: 1. It was an easy walk from the airport, (although the sings were not very helpful especially once you have left the “Access Plaza.”) 2. Free (ample) parking 3. Separate bathroom and bathtub 4. Quiet 5. Helpful and accommodating staff 6. Three elevators 7. Service at the restaurant 8. Non smoking facility 9. 10% off dining for overnight guests 10. Barrier free layout of the room Wish list: 1. Chairs by (and inside) the elevator would have been helpful for elderly guests 2. A small table in the room would have been helpful. The writing desk was not too functional for some reason. We used a luggage rack as a table. 3. Additional coasters in the room (we only found the ones in the bathroom.) 4. We parked near the smoking area in the parking lot without not knowing its presence. Wish it had been in a more remote area 5. Take out portion for breakfast for early departures

Absolute top hotel nearby Nagoya airport. Excellent location. Rooms very big for Japan. All facilities in house so no need to go out. Breakfast fantastic with plenty of choice for western or asian tastes, even a cook to make eggs to your wishes as you wait.

스카이엑스포회장에 라이브목적으로 왔음
방 깨끗하고 조용함. 위층 발소리 울리는 경우 있는데 큰 문제 될 정도까진 아님. 조식 신청해서 먹었는데 밥+반찬 / 빵+과일+음료 코너가 갖춰져 있음. (커피코너도 있긴한데 커피머신이 전부라...) 이틀 먹은 결과 기본메뉴에서 약간씩 변주해서 나오는듯. 개인적으로는 야채카레와 수제 두부가 좋았다. 공항 및 스카이 엑스포 회장과의 접근성은 매우 좋다. T1까지 호텔 셔틀버스가 있는데 타기 민망할 정도로 가깝다.... 요약하자면 돈 값은 하는 곳. 다만 동일 접근성에 주변에 좀 더 싼 곳들이 있다는 것이 단점. 굿즈 가격을 생각하면 숙소에 투자해서 라이브때 컨디션을 끌어올릴 것인가? 아니면 아껴서 굿즈를 하나 더 살 것인가?에 따라 선택이 갈릴 것으로 보인다.

Stay for 1 night after late arrival at Chubu Airport. Reception staff was really friendly. Bar to get one drink was already closed. Room was rather small, but obviously newly renovated and well equipped. We felt comfortable. Breakfast was for us only average level. Overall for one night ok to stay.
