I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. The room was very clean, house-keeping was good. The staff were super helpful. Checkin was smooth but its a late check in and early check out policy practiced here. The room was comfortable. Good beds and confy pillows. Rooms were small but ok for the price. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast. We are vegetarians, The choices were limited (toast, cereal, cakes, fruits), but still complete enough. I loved the fresh healthy smooties! The hotel is close (abt 300m) to the train station, and is not difficult to find. Lovely that you can have complimentary drinks and borrow an iron If going from station be sure to come out if Taiko Dori side where the taxis are and the silver clock otherwise it’s a long walk round. Station is massive so you need to know what train line you need. Big long concourse connects both sides Found a lovely restaurant by hotel turn left and second on the left just past the parking lot. No idea what is was called but rammed with business men on our first night so we went early the next.
