Great find in Nagano town

Great stay! Greeted warmly by the lovely front desk staff. A car parking space was available so very convenient. Heaps of bars, cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. Will be back!

Convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. Room is a bit small but typical for Japan. Room was clean and had everything that you would need.

The carpet in my room had large stains and seemed very old and dirty. I would not foam roll or stretch on it. Check-in staff did not realize I had multiple bookings and did not reserve parking for me. No apology or effort to make amends. Same check-in staff did not allow temporary use of parking lot throughout the day when there was clearly space to accommodate the request. Staff stated I could not use the lobby to make phone calls yet they chat among themselves in laughter.

こじんまりとした温泉がよい。素泊まりが好きで、サービスはごく最小限でよいので、アメニティグッズや寝巻き、ティーバッグなども必要な分を選ぶ最近のスタイルが好ましかった。メイク落としが環境配慮されたもので、それもよかった。 洗面所の水道が飲料可能という表記があるといちいち確認しなくて済むかと感じた。 ファミリー向けに完全土足禁止の部屋があったら需要があると思う

長野駅から少しだけ離れていますがスーツケースを押しても大変な距離ではありませんでした。 シングルＢに2連泊しましたが、ベッドもセミダブルで部屋の大きさも余裕があり満足できました。 着心地の良いパジャマもあり、また各フロアに電子レンジもあった為、部屋で寛ぎながら晩ごはんも食べられてゆっくりすることが出来ました。 強いて言えば大浴場の洗い場が少し寒かったことが気になった程度です。 楽しい長野の旅ができました。
