Notation : AAA (A éviter - A éviter - A éviter) Internet gratuit pour UN seul appareil même si vous êtes DEUX ! Et quand vous demandez pour une seconde connexion, on vous dit que vous n'êtes pas le seul client !!! ON NE DONNE PAS CE TYPE DE RÉPONSE A UN CLIENT !!! Délai très long pour se faire livrer les valise en chambre. Chambre très moyenne avec climatisation bruyante. Très long également pour se faire servir au restaurant. Et pour couronner le tout, plus de 15 minutes d'attente pour que la navette arrive ! Elle était au bout du parking et attendait ! En clair, évitez cet hôtel ! Il y en a plein d'autres à proximité de l'aéroport. et ça ne peut pas être pire ! Rating : AAA (Avoid - Avoid - Avoid) Free internet for ONE device even if you are TWO in the room ! And when you ask for a second connection, you are told that you are not the only customer !!! WE DO NOT GIVE THIS TYPE OF ANSWER TO A CLIENT !!! Very long time to deliver the suitcase in room. Only fair or poor room with noisy air conditioning. Very long also to be served at the restaurant. And to top it off, more than 15 minutes waiting for the shuttle to arrive ! Driver was at the end of the parking lot and was waiting ! Clearly, avoid this hotel ! There are plenty of others near the airport. and it can not be worse!

We had an overnight stay here, less than 12 hours between flights. Hotel is convenient to the airport and the complementary shuttle bus a real plus. Reception staff were very helpful and professional. The only down side was the noise from the main road and the light emanating from the AC. However, neither prevented sleep on this occasion.

Toilet seat & door was broken. Tv remote was not working so had to get a new one..no utensils provided @ all. Found bugs on my bed and spiders crawling around. Went to catch a taxi @ reception but non available apparently even tho a couple of taxis were parked right @ the front of reception. Very disappointed.

Great location directly opposite Nadi airport and frequent free airport shuttles operate from the hotel to Nadi airport making it a great choice for overnight on arrival or before departure from Nadi. The restaurant and bar overlook the pool area which has varying g depths for swimmers and non-swimmers / kids, and a waterslide that is loads of fun for kids and adults alike. Our room was air conditioned and had included toiletries, the only downside was that on both 1 night stays at this hotel we only received 3 bath towels instead of 4 so with 4 of us in the room our kids had to share a bath towel. The rooms don’t have phones to call reception either. We stayed in room 400 on our last stay here and the toilet didn’t flush well. So overall a great one night stay hotel opposite the airport. I didn’t realise before we booked this hotel that they’re owned by the Warwick hotel chain so the amenities are Warwick.

Airport shuttle was running every 10-15 minutes at 0500. Close to airport so & no flooding with the heavy rain. Mostly covered walkways which was handy as it rained long & hard. Restaurant food & service was just ok. I had fish curry & another had fish platter. Fish heavily salted on both. Margarita pizza massive amount cheese. Wait service staff NOT in a hurry @ dinner. Did not have breakfast.

Great bed. Shower was good! That’s about where it stopped. The rooms were very noisy; not very soundproof - scraping chairs next door, crying baby etc. We’ve had some very good food at various places in Fiji. This was not on that list. The food was very disappointing and bad, even breakfast, except for omelette and muesli. Had to turn a few bowls over to the staff as they were dirty. Also, most chairs in dining area were very uncomfortable. We are not usually negative travellers and don’t have high expectations. Convenient to the airport and nice pool but otherwise very disappointing.

Points forts : Propreté, service et personnel, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.
Our stay was very comfortable. Check in was easy and lovely welcome refreshment on arrival was a nice touch. Bags were taken to our room and staff were more than accommodating. At dinner our waiter Miso was so lovely and nothing was too much. Thank you for making our last night in Fiji special
