When we arrived the lady checkin couldn’t find our booking (even though I had the confirmation email). We also ordered a wakeup call at 4:15, but it was made to us at 4:45 (luckily I set my own alarm just in case). Our room booking said the room had a balcony (it didn’t). We liked the size of the room and bathroom. However bathroom floor was flooded before we even got to use it. Things that we didn’t like; cockroaches (small ones) on top of the fridge, the photo shows nice swimming pool but upon checking it ‘‘twas full of molds and algae, water appeared cloudy and noticed someone sprinkling (powdered chemicals) ? Bleach. Place has no elevator. Aircon took ages to work and not cold enough. The hotel was very very disappointing, no towels in the room , no place to sit by the pool and it looked nothing like the pictures online so it was a shock to realise after what it looked like. the biggest problem was no wifi. I went there for work and needed access to wifi to do my job so it ended up costing a lot more money than expected to gain access to the internet. It was very loud being next to the roadside and it didn't feel super private.
