 • Set in pretty gardens offering the best of both worlds-the tranquility of the countryside but minutes from amenities/close to the main attractions Rocamadour,Gouffre de Padirac,Sarlat.   
 • The property is one of 5 houses sharing two pools  
 • Bedding provided,towels hireable.

Whether you are looking for a serene getaway with friends or a family fun retreat, our charming holiday home offers the perfect blend of comfort and location  
The house known as the Pic vert, is a pretty semi detached four bedroom property converted from an former tobacco barn, dating back some 200 years. The house has retained its beams and honey coloured stone walls throughout but offers the modern comforts of home.  
The Pic offers accommodation over two floors.  
  
 • Ground floor  
This offers an open plan living space with kitchen dining and living areas ideal for relaxation and entertainment along with two shower/ toilet rooms.  
  
\*The kitchen has a gas cooker/ fridge/dishwasher/ microwave /kettle and coffee maker along with crockery and cooking utensils.A payable washing machine is available communally   
  
\*The living area has two sofas and two armchairs and the dining area has a large oak table and chairs. Television and dvd available for those quieter moments.  
\*There are 2 shower rooms

Here there are 4 bedrooms

 • a bunk room Please note that the top bunk is not ideal for adults

If it's action and adventure you seek then the Dordogne river is a five minute drive away for bathing and canooing ,along with several local golf courses, horse riding,tree parks ,tennis,cycle paths, parascending,hot air balloon rides,lakes and aquaparks.  
Feast on the wonderful cuisine and wines of the area or just visit the daily markets and enjoy a wonderful picnic sampling the local products .

Très joli gîte! Super équipé y compris pour les grandes familles! Niché dans la nature, le jardin immense, permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur entre piscine (chauffée ou non), trampoline, balançoires, boules, badminton, ping pong...David and Beverley sont charmants, toujours disponibles, discrets et pleins de bons conseils!Nous recommandons vivement!

#### Séjour très agréable

Nous venons de passer 4 magnifiques journées dans ce superbe grand gîte très bien équipé et très propre, avec une grande terrasse à l'abri des regards et un barbecue. Parc superbe avec 2 piscines dont 1 chauffée, un trampoline, 3 balançoires, 1 terrain de pétanque, 1 terrain de badminton et 1 table de ping-pong. Impossible de s'ennuyer! Lieu très calme, très agréable et ressourçant. Idéalement situé à environ 30 minutes de voiture des principales attractions du coin que se soit dans le Lot ou la Dordogne (Rocamadour, Sarlat, differents château,...) et à 3 kilomètres de la Rivière Dordogne. Juste parfait ! Merci aux propriétaires des lieux!

#### Un coin de paradis entre amis ou famille...

Un séjour au top pour nos 2 familles ! Nous avons tous énormément apprécié l'accueil de Beverley et David. Ce sont des hôtes très sympathiques et qui entretiennent très bien leurs maisons. Bravo à tous les deux ! Le logement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 😁!
