Welcome to our Fredonia Street House! This beautiful home is located on the corner of Fredonia  
and Hughes Street and is within walking distance to Downtown Nacogdoches and the campus of  
Stephen F. Austin State University! Like Nacogdoches itself, this hundred-year-old house has an  
abundance of character and charm that make you feel connected to the history of the oldest town in  
Texas. Fredonia Street House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a roomy common area, ideal for  
indoor family get-togethers! The spacious wrap porch is perfect for morning coffee, even on a rainy  
East Texas day, and the outdoor grill provides the best excuse for a summer barbecue! While the  
house itself is antique, Fredonia Street House is equipped with modern amenities such as WI-FI and  
a smart TV. Whether you need a weekend escape or you’re looking for a place to stay to attend an
