Just minutes from Stephen F. Austin State University and historic downtown, our apartments are perfect for university visitors, traveling nurses, corporate stays, vacationers, and extended stays.  
  
The Space:  
Each apartment is approximately 700 sq. ft. and designed for both short and long-term stays. You’ll enjoy two bedrooms with plush queen beds, premium linens, and blackout curtains, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for home cooking, a spacious living room with smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for work or entertainment, in-unit washer and dryer for convenience, and self check-in with a secure smart lock. Every detail is tailored to make your stay seamless, whether it’s one night or several months.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have full private access to their apartment along with free private parking on-site. A garden terrace offers a peaceful outdoor retreat, and secure smart lock entry provides flexibility for late arrivals or business travelers.

The Homestead is located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood just five minutes from SFA University and downtown Nacogdoches. Getting Around:  
Most guests use free on-site parking and drive to campus or downtown within minutes. Rideshare services like Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are also available, making transportation simple for both short visits and extended stays.
