The property management was very responsive when we called because there was a cold draft coming into our son's room from the A/C window unit. Someone came to remove the unit the same day. Upstairs neighbors were playing loud music our last morning there, but to be fair, we have an autistic son who can be loud at times, so they may have been trying to drown out his noise. Property is very walkable to downtown Mystic and a short drive to other area attractions. ##### Colleen E. It was extremely difficult trying to get in the key pad. It did not work most of the time. The television was very difficult to use and we gave up so that was a bummer. The house is two stories and this rental unit is on the ground floor with a separate entrance on the front porch. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood in a fantastic location just a few short blocks walking distance to shopping, pubs and restaurants. There was also a CVS within walking distance.
