It was perfect for our family of four and exactly as advertised. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, with all of the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, including the welcome basket, which was such a nice touch and made us feel immediately welcomed.Working with Gerard was a pleasure. He is a great communicator and was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We have stayed at another one of his properties in the past and had a great experience, and this stay was just as positive.The location was ideal, with an easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and a CVS right up the street for any essentials you may have forgotten. Some of our favorite nearby spots were Sift Bakery, Bravo Bravo, Taquerio, Engine Room, and the Mystic Drawbridge Ice Cream shop, which our kids absolutely loved. The property listing is just as you see. It's a charming and historic townhouse within a short walk to downtown Mystic. We walked every day. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk as well. The townhouse was exceptionally clean and lovely. Gerard, the property owner, reached out daily to make sure everything was going well. He also made the check-in and check-out process convenient. It had absolutely everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. It is just a short walk into Mystic town center so we never had to drive anywhere except for a quick trip to the grocery store. We enjoyed coffee on the covered porch in the morning and cocktails on the patio in the evening. Our host Gerard was accommodating, kind and considerate. It was the perfect place for a small group of teacher friends to relax and unwind at the end of a long school year. Mystic is such a beautiful and amazing little town! Gerard’s home was in the perfect location! Walking distance to so many things including Main Street and the Maritime museum! The aquarium and old Towne village were a short drive away! The home was decorated beautifully and so clean! Gerad makes the check in and check out process so simple!
