There are coin/card laundry facilities on-site in each building \* All guests staying will have access to every amenity (when open). \* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round) \* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated. \* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round. \* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round. Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high. Parking fees, pest control schedule, and amenity availability are subject to change. Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process. They were up and down the side of the building throughout several days of our stay which made it incredibly hard to enjoy the view. We unfortunately had to keep the curtains closed during most of the stay due to this not only making myself and my wife uncomfortable but we were concerned for our 16 year old daughter having men on the balcony given access to our room/family at any given time. At one point there were a total of 3 workers on the balcony. As much as we enjoyed your beautiful condo I am sure we would have decided against this stay having been made aware of the construction to include the possibility of having workers show up unannounced making repairs. I understand this sort of thing must take place and is to be expected during renovations, however, it was a little set back in the enjoyment of our vacation. I hope you understand our concerns. Water pressure is like a fire hose. The place is well stocked plenty of towels. I've seen negative reviews about the building being under renovation- it is. There wasnt any noise, one room nearby had a smell of urethane one day, but nothing I can ding this unit for. We came during colder weather, so the only indoor pool is a 2 minute walk to the building next door. It's not great, but it's a place to swim. After seeing reviews of the 'awesome' indoor waterparks further north, most stated issues with bugs. I'm happy to report there was not a single bug in our place and no concerns on our end! ##### Jim V.
