(2 BEDROOMS WITH THE MASTER BEDROOM BEING A HYBRID BEDROOM WHICH HAS THE LIVING ROOM IN IT ALSO, EXTREMELY WIDE WITH FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS)
THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST REQUESTED AND UNIQUE BUILDINGS IN ALL OF MYRTLE BEACH KNOWN AS THE "PINK BUILDING" THIS IS A HISTORICAL LANDMARK OF MYRTLE BEACH AND THIS UNIT IS ONE OF THE ONLY TRUE OCEANFRONT UNITS IN THE BUILDING AND THE ABSOLUTE NICEST. WHAT MAKES THIS BUILDING SO UNIQUE IS THAT IT SITS RIGHT ON THE OCEAN(CLOSET HOTEL ON THE OCEAN) AND ITS A PINK HALF CIRCLE MAKING THE VIEWS THE BEST IN AREA. ST CLEMENTS IS A WORLD FAMOUS RESORT WHICH HAS A GREAT WORLD FAMOUS OCEANFRONT BAR THAT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (BEST BEACH BAR IS MYRTLE BEACH) ALONG WITH A WONDERFUL OCEANFRONT POOL. ST CLEMENTS IS ALSO PART OF CARAVELLE WHICH HAS ALL THE AMENITIES SUCH AS LAZY RIVERS INDOOR/ OUTDOOR POOLS, HOT TUBS ETC THAT IS JUST NEXT DOOR. THERE IS ALSO A LAUNDRY ROOM AND ICE/VENDING BY THE LOBBY ENTRANCE

WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME

1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees like most on here – The Payment system charges us 3% every booking. Most owners direct that back to guest but I eat that myself

2) I DO NOT charge any silly administration or booking fees like most on here – Sneaky way of owners charging guest more money… I do not operate like that.

3)I DO NOT charge any silly damage waiver fees like most on here – Once again a sneaky way for owners to get more money…I don’t do that.

4) I have had the same linen/cleaning fee since the beginning of time for my guest…a SIMPLE 99 dollars. My actual cost for this service has rose over the past few years due to the demand and economy rising but yet I kept the same price for my guests as it cost me much more. On top of that I offer more towels then most rentals so once again I eat that difference in cost.

5) I have the minimum set up for refundable damage deposit at only $100 dollars which is refunded within 7 days of checkout. I have seen a lot of owners have it from $300-$500 and even more. Who wants to fork out that much money just to be held until check out, not me and of course I wouldn’t ask you to do that either.

Long story is short is no one wants to go to book a unit and see like 10 different random charges so I try to keep it simple as can be. (VRBO charges service fee which I have no control over)



Rental Rules and Regulations

1) Must be at least 21 years of age to book.

2)Check in 4pm

3) Check out 10am

4).Parking Passes are included. . Approx 8-10 towel sets.. Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also), and a bag FULL of goodies unlike most other rentals =). As we all know , vrbo rentals(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 10-12 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 2 sets per bed.

5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.

This was the perfect spot for my parents and I to celebrate my dad turning 65! The space was exactly as described, clean and inviting. I was worried we would feel like we were on top of each other but the layout makes the space feel so roomy. The balcony is PERFECTION!! The host was very responsive when we had issues with our keycard. You will NOT regret staying here!

Loved the condo, was close to everything.The weather was great to sit on the balcony, our first day we saw dolphins.Beach access right there, loved walking the beach. I had read that parking was a problem for some , but we had no issues with that.The condo had everything you needed to start your stay( minus spices and the like) very generous with towels, and again that balcony 🐬 a great spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The host was very quick to answer a question, and check in was easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

So glad I picked this place when I booked our trip!! Derrick is very quick & responsive to messages if you have any questions or concerns. He is so helpful & friendly. The check in process was smooth. The location was great! The room was perfect & exactly what we were looking for. The view was amazing & the sound of the ocean was so relaxing when we were on our downtime sitting on the balcony or about to go to bed. Place has everything you need. A lot of towels, clean bed sheets & everything you need for the kitchen. I highly recommend this place. Def will be returning when we visit South Carolina again :)

The location of the condo and view of the ocean was exactly what we were hoping for. We were wanting a relaxing vacation with as much time as possible in the water and that’s what we got from the ocean that was steps away, the st Clement’s pool and the caravelle pool. We have two girls (ages 6 & 3). A few small negatives: The condo was lacking a fourth chair for meals at the counter and the sliding door to the bedroom was hard for my girls to open so we had to leave it cracked enough for them to get in and out to go to the bathroom if needed. The second bedroom is also between the apartment entrance and rest of the condo so getting in and out during bed or nap was difficult. We made do and enjoyed the awesome balcony and views.

This is a perfect place if you want to stay within budget, but have access to the beach and have a wonderful beach front sight from your balcony. The place itself is on the smaller side, but the view is worth it along with the price. It was good for our family that involved 2 adults, an infant that used a Walker, and 6 year old. You get what you pay for. The view is wonderful and I could see the beach and the pool below. It was wonderful to see the waves throughout the stay. The balcony had amazing shade during the afternoon. The owner of this property was great and the communication was impeccable. There were a couple times we reached out to him for questions, and he responded within 10-15 minutes. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and has good appliances. The only thing that sucks, and this is out of the owners hands— the parking. It is tight and there are poles for obstacles. We were able to move around ok for having a mid size SUV.

Bedspread had white stains on the underside, chair was broke, couch and throw pillows smelly. The view from balcony was nice. Bathroom ok, but toilet was plugged when we got there, but owner djd take care of that in a timely manner. Overall needs new furniture and bedding.

Property manager was very responsive to all of our requests, check-in with creating your own lock code was very convenient. View is just as it looks in the photos. Apartment is basically a studio with another small bedroom immediately as you enter from the hall. We could not enter/exit once our daughter (4yo) was asleep, so that was a bit inconvenient; so we might not recommend it for families. Otherwise, as described but not as clean as we were expecting based on past reviews. Dust and dirt under the beds and dust on other items in the room, but overall very tidy. Nice to have the many towels provided, dish soap, cookware and utensils. We stayed here late June, so it was not very warm – 50s/60s with strong winds. There was maintenance in several of the buildings in this complex, and the indoor pool pictured was not open and the laundry room was closed the first day. The property manager did say we could access pools in adjacent buildings (very nice!) but ended up not being too convenient for our family. Very loud guests came in the building at 4:00am and woke up our daughter in the bedroom by the door (which is also just by the elevator). Nothing one can do about that, but it again isn't that convenient for a family. Many people smoking on their balconies as well, which would waft into the apartment, unfortunately. Overall, it is a good bargain for a beachfront spot with a responsive property manager.

Very nice unit right off the beach. Well kept, clean, comfortable, and of course, outstanding view of the sea. Safe area, walkable to a few local restaurants - the ones a few minutes walk are not very good, but if you are willing to walk 10-15 minutes West there are a couple good ones including Jerusalem. There are several grocery stores less than 10 minutes by car. Watch the laundry machines on the first floor, they eat coins.

The view was amazing and having a kitchen and full fridge helped out with our large family. Parking was super difficult with such a big vehicle and ended up scratching up our running board. By the look of the pillar ALOT OF people scratched up their vehicle before. The condo itself was awesome except for the dampness at night and dripping airvents. The food at The Mariner and The Bar and Grill was DELICIOUS!!! It was amazing to be able to go next door and swim in the pool and lazy river. The beach itself wasnt overly crowded either. Overall it was a great experience.

Balcony view was amazing. Bathroom is a little small, not very walker friendly. Shower is wonderful. The whole unit needs a good deep cleaning., not just the normal cleaning. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony as much due the cigarette and other stuff smoke. When you come out of the unit to get on the elevator the smoke was nasty

My daughters and I came down to enjoy a few days of rest and relaxation. The pink building is iconic and the property is very clean and relatively quiet. We watched dolphins and birds a lot from the balcony. In early March there was a lot of maintenance happening but it didn’t matter since it was too cold to swim. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a hike to the pier was a great day trip. The owner was very responsive and the condo was perfect for the three of us!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at St Clements. The unit#504 was very clean and updated. The only draw back was that the hotel parking was an absolute nightmare. There are pink columns in parking deck and lot that make it extremely stressful to manuever if you own an SUV. I called the front desk for advice on the best place to park and the guy basically just said "good luck." The pool at the hotel was substandard and you had to walk to the Caravelle to experience any nicer amenities like hot tub or indoor pool. Also during that time St Clements was undergoing renovation and I was awoken at 7am to hammering. I enjoyed the unit but the overall hotel could use some better customer service and better parking.
