The swimming pool and jacuzzi weren’t available but the property manager was honest and upfront about it. There were small issues with the air conditioner and water heater. For our stay air conditioner wasn’t needed. The property manager was very attentive and courteous and did everything she could to resolve these small issues. They mentioned the heater was not connected for the pool and jacuzzi and even offered to give us another property if we wanted a hot tub - but it was mid summer and hot and humid so no need for a hot tub. We didn’t use the pool at all, with beach close there was no need and previous people left sand in it anyway that should have probably been cleaned before we got there. It’s as described in the property, we weren’t aware this was a duplex though but no issues with the group staying on the “B” side. Close enough to walk to the beach and some of the stores on Main Street. At the end of the day we were a group ranging from 3 to 75 years old and it worked out well for us. ##### Jared B.
