Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay. Only minor issues - none of the TV remotes worked properly or are missing altogether. Got locked out after our first day due to the door code changing.Clean and modern. Great space right on the golf course, nice pool right downstairs.

Overall good trip & property. Few insects - earwigs. Also the main TV & controller were beyond difficult & 6 of 7 days we did not get any TV shows to view. Battery cover for Spectrum controller was broken on our arrival. The cover did not effect function - we could not get TV to work properly.

#### Great condo horrible communication

We loved our condo. However, We were emailed a few days ahead of time to add a day before our stay for 50% off and we did. The person who dealt the reservation messed up and kept it a seven night reservation therefore it looks like our last day in the condo was available for the next tenants. Then the next tenants booked and we were asked to leave a day early. It took 24 hours to get back info from corporate therefore ruining the tail end of our vacation. Mallory from turnkey corporate saved the day but it should have been able to be solved much much faster. I also do think a slight reduction in price would’ve been ideal considering two days of our vacation were extremely stressful. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat unfortunately I will do my best do not use turnkey again.

#### Wonderful family location

We enjoyed our long weekend here. As two first responders with children we wanted a quiet, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect choice for that! The place was very clean, had all you would need to get started (sheets, towels, little soaps etc). The atmosphere of the complex was great too, everyone we met was friendly. Overall we had a wonderful time and plan on coming back soon!

Son played in a All American baseball event at Myrtle Beach so we stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located in a great area.

We were in town for a tournament at Ripken Experience. The location was perfect. The cleanliness was great. We were 99% totally satisfied. The only problem we saw was with the inconsistent information provided. Specifically, the vrbo stated that a small amount of soap/essentials would be available. We were a little surprised to find the place totally empty of these items, especially no toilet paper. It wasn’t great to have to jump in the car after a long drive just to be able to use the bathroom. Otherwise, we LOVED it! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

#### Family Beach Trip

Great location and seamless booking process! Turnkey was really responsive to all requests. Condo appeared as pictured in the listing; however the carpet could use some updating. Lots of stains throughout the home. The extra comforter provided wasn't clean. Blinds were missing in the living room. When we went to open the blinds in the master bedroom, it immediately came apart. You can tell that one set of blinds were new and the other two on the windows were a little dated. Overall, we would recommend this unit as it fulfilled our needs for the weekend but the unit could use some updating and housekeeping and/or owner could put more effort into maintaining the unit.
