Check out this 4th floor, direct ocean front condo at the Roxanne Towers Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 2-bedroom suite is fully furnished with 1 king bed, 2 full size beds, a full size sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This unique layout offers an oversized living space with a couch, TV with cable, a small dining table with chairs, and beautiful direct ocean front views from the private balcony right off the living area. This layout features an open floor plan making the space feel bigger and not cramped! Guests will enter the condo into a hallway. The guest bedroom is located to the left as you walk into the unit. This bedroom features 2 full size beds, a night stand, TV, window for natural light, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, mirror, toilet, and a hair dyer. Making your way through the apartment, the kitchen is centrally located between the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Roxanne. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the condo! The floor plan is open and spacious, and it features a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, commercial blackout curtains, TV, and a dining table with chairs. The sliding glass doors allow our guests to get the most spectacular views that can be seen from the kitchen, living space, or the private balcony. The master bedroom can be found right near the living area. This bedroom features 1 king bed, two night stands on either side of the bed, TV, dresser, accent chair, and access to the oceanfront private balcony from the sliding glass door in the bedroom. This space is perfect for 2 guests. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, mirror, toilet, and a hair dryer. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, as well as free parking. Our guests have access to the pool deck complete with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and lap pool that are heated even in the winter. There is also an outdoor pool and lazy river that our guests have access to as well. ​​​​​​​ \*\*\*Guests do not to the fitness center that is privately owned and off limits! Our rates reflect the restrictions to that amenity, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Our guests are only FEET away from the newly extended Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The new Funplex, Tin Roof, and even Pier 14. The Roxanne Towers has an age restriction of 25 years and older unless accompanied during their stay by a parent or legal guardian. Some light switches didn’t work properly especially the secondary bathroom. The fridge freezer also leaked into the bottom of the fridge and I had to clean that up twice in my 5 night stay. We enjoyed the on-site pools and easy beach access. The balcony offered a great view of the ocean and the soothing sound of crashing surf. This property was in the perfect location for our 3-generation girls trip! We enjoyed the views of the ocean, dolphins and the moon at night. It was a great location which allotted easy travel to/from the airport, CCU, the sports complex and more. The only downside was that the unit itself was not clean, it was in need for new towels and linens, and the kitchen was bare-bones. I guess we got our money’s worth. ##### Michelle D. However as others have stated there are major shortages in the kitchen & very old, tired appliances struggling to stay functional. No juice or drinking glasses, only 1 teaspoon?, no egg flipper (I bought one for you), no scrubber or sponge for washing dishes & one rusty large frying pan. Dishwasher struggles.It would also be good to have something to explain the complex tv systems of which the 3 all contain varying apps, or consider providing the tv code so renters can add an app to the tv. (Apps available in the master are not available on the other 2 vs. The local tv guide displayed on the desk doesn’t seem to reference any actual stations that apply to the Roku tv (without an antenna).Overall, OK for the price but be sure to bring all your expected kitchen needs. The condo was clean and in the perfect location. We traveled with teenagers, so they were close to all of the action. In your paperwork, please read the information closely. As they state- this is a private owned condo. The staff at the front desk always asked what our condo # was before they would even interact with us. Even the simplest of questions, they will refuse to answer or help with and can be a little rude. The actual management company for the condo was nice and prompt with any concerns or questions. The beds were comfortable, the view was perfect, but bring your own kitchen essentials as their products are limited. ##### Chris B. We had a fantastic time! There were no inconvenient surprises and we could not have asked for a better view. Every communication with the manager was addressed promptly and with kindness. The balcony had nice high chairs and were at a perfect height to see and still hear the waves. Lazy river was nice and consistently warm. Hot tub was good as always. Location is amazing. The ice maker in the freezer was key! Only main complaint is to provide more necessities in the kitchen (oven mitts, wine glasses, flipper, pans falling apart, dish scrubby).
