Upon walking in, the smell was deplorable! The carpet was disgusting with stains and filth. The place holder under the refrigerator had MOLD. The curtains had stains. The balcony chairs were mildewed. There were spiders crawling within the first few minutes of us walking in. But the worst thing was the bed!! The pillow cases comforter and sheets were stained with visual dirt! The linens had not even been changed! It was DISGUSTING!! This condo shouldn’t be listed as a rental as it was not in liveable conditions and during a pandemic no less!! We had to take pictures and demand a refund!
