Located directly on the beach, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo comes with a nice balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows letting you watch the blue waves crashing on the white sand right from your very own living and dining room. Beautiful location, with beautiful view.  
  
This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, putting you within walking distance or a short ride away to must-see places and attractions like Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Alabama Theatre, Tanger Outlet Mall and Ripley's Aquarium. And if you need to mix pleasure with some work, this property is only 5 blocks away from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

• Please note that the city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.  
• Please note: There will be no electricity in the building on Sept 15, 2025, starting between 8–9 AM for up to 6–8 hours due to essential electrical panel replacement. We appreciate your understanding.  
• Please note that you might hear some construction work, as some of the balconies on the ocean side will be under maintenance starting on November 3rd through November 26th. Thank you for your understanding.
