Ground floor, Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo.

*Open space and beautiful pool view.

*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass

*minutes from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PETS are NOT allowed.



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, bright and comfy condo.

*1 King bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. *Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*PETS are NOT allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with the code.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. 2 parking tags provided (there is $20 for each missing/broken tag)

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

My son and I stayed here for his baseball tournament, and it was the perfect location. Convenient to Broadway at the Beach (for dining/entertainment/shopping) and the Ripken Experience complex. Emily was in touch with us before, during, and after our stay. The condo was perfect for us. It is clean and had all of the essentials. We highly recommend this property!

Great location and comfy space

Very quiet neighborhood. Great location to get to beach, broadway at the beach, boardwalk, food places, and Ripken baseball complex. Love that there was a pool just outside. Even better that it was ground floor. Making it easy to load and unload. Would definitely hear again. Very spacious living room and bedroom.

Needs deep cleaning. Everything was stickie, and filthy-first thing I done was attempt to clean kitchen. Not the way to start a VACATION. Property manager - thinking must be artificial intelligence no concern or personal response.

Emily was awesome! She answered my questions right away. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. King bed was so comfortable. Love the white sheets and comforter! The bottom floor was a plus!

Simple Baseball Stay

My wife and I were here just for our son's collegiate summer baseball league's final week of action. The condo was nice in that it is simple and meets the basics, as we don't require much when we travel for baseball. Also easy to get in/out and onto Hwy17 for easy access no matter which direction we were headed.

Convenient and Comfortable

Our trip to Myrtle Beach to visit family was enhanced by a convenient and comfortable home away from home. We purposefully chose not to stay beachfront, but proximity to family. This worked great. In humid areas, it is great that the facility has a good working AC. The one here worked well, actually, everything worked fine. The place had a great Keurig and enough pots, pans, and dishes to enjoy some meals in. We would stay again. The Management company is accommodating and answers quickly.

Great place for the price.

The condo was clean in a nice development. The pool area was nice with a men's and women's bathroom. Only minutes from Broadway. Close to everything. This was the best price in the aera during bike week. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect, Quiet Stay, Close to everything!

A Perfect one bedroom condo. Amazingly clean when we arrived. The Host/Owner is very communicative throughout the stay. Very quiet setting, and very close to the best parts of Myrtle Beach, minutes from Broadway at the Beach, close to Public Beach accesses, restaurants and shopping. We played golf on the Palmetto Course at Myrtlewood Villas and had a great time with excellent service from the staff at the golf course. Would highly recommend this place to stay and will definitely stay here again if we come back in the future! 10/10 experience.

Great Price for closeness to the Baseball Complex

Been to Myrtle twice now for Cal Ripken and very much like the facility and closeness to the baseball complex. Stayed both times at Myrtlewoood.
