Thank you for considering our family's condo in sunny Myrtle Beach for your vacation destination! This is a first floor, corner unit with covered parking. We hope this vacation becomes a tradition for your family and friends like it has for so many others.

Some amenities include:
-Full Kitchen Appliances (Cleaning supplies located under the sink if needed)
-Keurig Coffee Maker (Be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups)
-Glasses, dishes, utensils and silverware
-Washer and Dryer (One sample laundry detergent pod is provided)
-2 Full Bathrooms (Please supply your own towels and toilet paper)
-Two Bedrooms; 1 queen, 2 twin & 1 sleeper sofa

(Plenty of pillows, but please bring your own sheets, bath & beach towels, linens, etc.)
(Note: If needed there is one set of sheets for queen & twins; please wash before leaving)

Please note, pets and smoking (including vaping) are strictly prohibited. 25 years old is minimum rental age required. These terms are in full agreement once reservation is confirmed.
Weather Policy: If severe weather causes evacuation, we will work together to apply remaining days to another future week. There is no cash refund.
