Each of the four separate villas within this charming complex features two bedrooms equipped with two double beds, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. These cozy retreats boast full kitchens, inviting great rooms, and covered beachfront porches offering splendid ocean vistas. Additionally, a common ground-level laundry facility adds convenience to your stay.

Villas #1 and #2 occupy the first floor, featuring connecting/lockout doors and a shared balcony. Meanwhile, Villas #3 and #4 grace the top floor, also equipped with connecting lockout doors and a shared balcony.

Only a stone's throw away from the sandy shorelines, you're just moments from the vibrant dining, entertainment, and shopping scenes of North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed our stay for the week but parking can be an issue. The apartment was just as pictured and the short walk down the path to the beach was great!

Property needs major improvemement

The overall condo was sooooo dated--carpet looked to be about 50 years old. I did not even want my 4 lb yorkie to walk on it. Only hard surface floors should be used in pet friendly condo!!! Carpet disgusting. No pics of bathroom were listed. There was mold in bathroom and ceiling of living room Would love to stay at this location in future if interior updated.!!!

Sandy toes at Sandy Shores

We enjoyed being right on the beach, just steps from the ocean, and the easy access to the pier. Unit was thoroughly clean when we arrived. And we were able to do laundry, which is absolutely necessary when traveling with a toddler. Can’t ask for much more.

Amazing spot by the beach

It’s an old building but it has character. I loved being within steps of the ocean. This was a perfect location for simply enjoying the beach.

Okay Dog Friendly Rental

This location is in need of a few updates. While it wasn’t the nicest place we have ever stayed we thoroughly enjoyed all of our neighbors. The location is great also. I would recommend updating a little. I did go to the store and buy some new supplies for the kitchen, such as a frying pan. Overall my family enjoyed our stay.

Great location with good beach access. Poor parking and carpet for pet friendly is not very practical. It smelled soiled.

Basic beach rental great proximity to the beach.

Location-was AWESOME! We really enjoyed having such quick and easy access to the beach! Could not have been better! This is a basic no frills beach rental with an excellent location. No elevators to fight people over, no long walk ways to drag your gear literally the easiest access you could possibly get. We arrived late in the evening and experienced a few things upon arrival that could’ve been better. First the address is a duplicate to one in Myrtle beach vs north Myrtle beach...be sure you verify which one you have on your GPS. This is probably pretty common with the way ocean Blvd is laid out but a heads up would’ve have been helpful. Second parking was limited and we were left blocking our neighbors in or vice versa even with the 2 car limit. Thankfully we had great neighbors! Third I didn’t see anything in the listing that linens were not included...they have to be rented or you being your own. Of course there was info on the table inside once we arrived regarding this but at 10pm after a long drive and Walmart was closed it wasn’t pleasant to not have sheets or towels....there are bedspreads on the beds but most were dirty and one looked to have dry poop on it. The beds are not comfy nor the pillows. The countertop laminate around the kitchen counter was flapping around loose and I was afraid it would cut someone even tho someone attempted to “fix” this with basic scotch tape....Saying all that I know this wasn’t a high end rental so I did expect some flaws. We still enjoyed our stay and our time on the beach.
