Recently renovated 1BR 1BA condo located in one of the best kept secrets in Myrtle Beach, Ocean Forest Plaza. The Salty Mermaid is the perfect condo for a couples getaway! The coastal decor is accented with a mermaid theme. The bedroom features a king size bed, and coastal shiplap accent wall. The full size kitchen includes granite countertops, and granite island featuring 4 stools for you to enjoy meals, playing games, or simply enjoying a beverage. The bathroom has been updated to include a rainfall showerhead, and stand up shower. New flat-screen smart TVs adorn the walls in the bedroom, and living room. The beautiful balcony has two adirondack chairs, lounge chair and table, perfect for a quiet breakfast, or sunrise viewing. It’s the best spot for morning coffee! We have everything you need with a fully stocked kitchen, however you are close to countless restaurants.
This condo has been renovated to suit couples seeking a relaxing and refreshing retreat. Amenities at Ocean Forest Plaza include an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, and fantastic walking distance to the beach.

The most beautiful view. It was truly heavenly waking up to it and is breathtaking. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Bed was amazing and comfortable. The best access to the beach. We will absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much!

The condo was exactly as expected. The view was breathtaking. The decor was so charming and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Very nicely renovated. The indoor and outdoor pool a bonus. Just a short walk to the beach across a quiet street. Very quiet area surrounding the property. Beautifully landscaped. The garage was tricky but we managed. The host was very responsive. We will definitely be returning.

This condo is beautiful. It’s right on the beach, it’s easy to get to (driving in the parking deck was a little scary because of how narrow it is!). The condo is fully renovated and decorated perfectly! The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Highly recommend this condo!

Just What We Needed!Perfect for a much needed couples getaway. The Condo was beautiful and in a great location of Myrtle Beach. The sunsets and sunrises from the balcony were AMAZING. The Condo was exactly as advertised in the pictures, and the owners were great to deal with. I had to message them a few times and they responded back right away. We would definitely stay here again.

We gifted this day to some friends as a way of saying thank you. The owners were very accommodating to let us do this. And our friends who were in their 60s felt like the place was perfect for a getaway and to relax. The ease of getting to the beach, the view, the check-in, the facilities were in their opinion perfect.

Mid-Summer Get Away

I have been to Myrtle Beach many times, and have stayed in many VRBOs there, and this is my favorite thus far. The building was keep very clean. The condo itself was exceptional. The area was full of nice houses and not overwhelmed with resorts, we felt save and the beach was not packed. I enjoyed the location greatly! The hosts were very attentive to any questions we had, and we look forward to visiting again.

The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Comfortable living and an amazing view. We spotted bottle nose dolphins from the balcony on two consecutive mornings. With the beach literally across the street they had everything you needed to be comfortable on the beach, with chairs and umbrellas.

Mother’s Day Getaway

The pictures are accurate and the unit was very clean. Thanks for the snacks (my favs!). The owners responded quickly and were Angels to work with! The indoor hot tub and pool worked perfectly. Beach access is just across the street and it was not packed at all! My only word of caution is the parking. The garage was full when we got in late that night so we parked in the back. In the dark I did not notice the bottom of the sign that says only for oversized vehicles and I was towed. Ruined the day but not the owners fault.

Quick trip

Beautiful condo and even more beautiful view!

Their place was everything we wanted and needed. It had amazing views of the ocean and we got to wake up to see the sunrise right off the beach each morning. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Not to mention the King bed was oh so comfy for a good night's sleep after being out in the sun all day. Also, I LOVED that it had a high bistro table and chairs on the balcony so you could enjoy the ocean views over the railing. Most places don't add that little, but thoughtful touch. It had everything we needed from cookware, cups, dish soap, hair dryer, etc. And even included beach chairs and an umbrella - just minus beach towels which they informed us to bring ahead of time! We would definitely stay here again! Their communication was wonderful and they were very accommodating! Thank you!
