This oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at the fabulous Sea Watch Resort offers wonderful comfort and space for your upcoming beach vacation. You will enjoy incredible oceanfront views from your private balcony, as well as the convenience of having your own fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twins, and theres also a sleeper sofa in the living room. A spacious living room with a lovely paint palette has sliding doors that lead out to your 7th floor balcony with private ocean views – look far enough and youll be able to spy the pier! Sea Watch Resort is a perennial top resort in Myrtle Beach. Located in the highly acclaimed Arcadian Shores beach section, Sea Watch is perfectly situated between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. This luxurious condo complex is within minutes of the renowned Tanger Shopping Center, the popular culinary offerings of Restaurant Row, and the world famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. We were happy with the unit and the cleanliness, the check in was not as easy as it was dealing with the actual owner. We dealt with actual owners last year and we didn’t have to go pick up “keys”. In 2025 we would expect there to be keyless entry as that makes things more simple for guests. I thought that was the beauty of VRBO,to deal with owners not management companies. Next year I will try to deal with an owner over mgt company.

We stay at the Seawatch every year sometimes twice a year. This condo was clean but there was much room for improvement. Issues: The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The fitted sheet did not fit on the master bed and popped off all week. The master bedroom was a good 5-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo. We were only provided one roll of tp per bathroom for an entire week. When we arrived the ac did not work but an hvac tech came and unclogged the condensate line and got it working. The lighta in the cindo dont always work especially in the kitchen and master bath maybe an electrical issue?The room access is with manual keys to lock and unlock the door when you leave and arrive which was kind of inconvenient with 4 of us. And lastly the kitchen gear is sparse, the can opener didnt work and the kitchen sink backed up with stinky water whenever you tried to use the garbage disposal. I highly recommend the seawatch but next time will opt for a different unit.

Unit Misrepresented

The pictures that are on the VRBO site & the reality of what the unit really looks like are completely misrepresented. The unit is somewhat run down but the bigger issue is that it is filthy. The dirt & dust behind the stands, on the baseboards & in the corners is atrocious. The shower curtain & around the bathtub & sink faucet was disgusting. Also, there was no mention that after the one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (2 total) was used up, we had to supply the rest. It would have been nice to know that in advance. From this point on, I will be booking directly through Seawatch.
