Conveniently located in the heart of Kingston Plantation Resort, this 2nd floor villa is close to all the places you'll want to go, but far enough away to enjoy the rest and relaxation you're looking for yet just a short walk to the beach!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home for any cooking you may choose to do. An open living and dining area with a pass-through to the kitchen makes serving meals so convenient! If you're looking for something quick and easy, take advantage of the many fine local restaurants which offer curbside pick-up or delivery.

The balcony is a great space to begin and end your day while enjoying the peace and tranquility that surrounds you. A beautiful ½ mile stretch of white sandy beach is just a short walk away and the pool is conveniently located as well.

This 145-acre gated beach community offers plenty of activities, walking trails and on-site restaurants. This unit is a great fit for family, friends, business trips, conferences or a special Myrtle Beach venue event!

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the Embassy Suites pools and splash park, resort shuttle transportation and fitness center.

We generally accept 7 night reservations (Saturday to Saturday) in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Contact us about alternate dates, shorter stays or longer "snowbird" rentals. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Update: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy and is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.

The management group for this property was great! When the washer didn’t work, they came promptly to fix it! We did use some of the free attraction discounts. It was exactly as pictured and only a quick walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the overall experience.

Everything but the floors

Wonderful location, we love Kingston Plantation! The villa was very nice but the floors need mopping. You can't go bare footed without your feet turning black. The lock box doesn't work properly, however the management was very quick to reply upon arrival with a solution. We left the trash beside the outdoor bin because trash has not been picked up in a while. The kitchen was a little bare, not many extras like I've experienced elsewhere...it would have been nice to have better toilet paper since this is a private rental. The couch is newish but doesn't sit too well. The living room chairs are very uncomfortable like waiting room chairs for an office building.

This place was everything. My family (wife and 4 kids) and I enjoyed our stay. Pictures were as accurate as can be. We just felt like we were home. So much that we want to move to Myrtle beach to a similar place. Absolutely amazing.
