The views were absolutely beautiful, and being right on the water made it extra relaxing. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to restaurants and activities, but away from the hotel and college-rental crowds. This home has a private pool and spa in a private fenced yard, and plenty of room inside. The house was roomy and comfortable with 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 6 and under) we never felt on top of each other. The location is excellent and the pool is outstanding. It was hard to get the grandkids out of it. David the host was very responsive, friendly and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is on a part of the beach which has mostly private residences so the beach was never crowded. The beach is a short walk from the house. The main room of the house was attractive and comfortable with three sofas to sit and visit with family or friends. The space behind the house is perfect for sitting in the sun or shade and watching the ocean. There is a pool and hot tub to enjoy with many pool toys and floats. There was an abundance of chairs for the deck or beach. The host contacted us and made sure we knew he was available if we had any problems. He was very helpful. We will be back. ##### Sarah H. We were a family group of 15 ages 5 - 76\. We needed 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. The house size was adequate. It was not very clean when we arrived. We did our own cleaning. There were some other home and pool issues. Our property manager, David, was very responsive. Some issues were resolved others never were. Be aware, this is an 85 year old home.
