Park at your door and ENJOY!! No steps! Great patio-style single family home. 2000 sq ft ranch-style home 1 BLOCK back from ocean and 12 blocks from Main Street SOS in North Myrtle Beach. House features an extra large Master Bedroom with full bath and double sink vanity, King Size bed and flat screen TV with ROKU smart TV. Extra large 30' great room with (3) sofas, (2) recliners, foos ball table, 65" TV with ROKU and DVD player, gas log fireplace, board games, puzzles and books. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room with all appliances and cookwear including George Foreman and blenders, etc. Two additional smaller bedrooms plus a converted front porch futon room; smaller full bath at front of house; room to sleep 8 with (1) King in Master plus futon; (1) Queen bedroom #2, (1) full + (1) twin in bedroom #3; and (1) full-size futon in porch room. 3rd bathroom w/ shower plus washer/dryer off living room. 1 car garage w/ garage door opener, covered car port and back patio with charcoal grill, beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys. Garage and car port are great for motorcycle parking! Bikers are welcome! No pets, no smoking please due to owner allergies!! Spectrum wireless high speed internet included as well as ROKU on all TV's. Lock box with key code on site for check-in; no chasing all over for check-in keys! Linens and towels on site for use, but no maid service; Washer and dryer in unit. This is an older property, comfy and very clean beach cottage, 2nd family home that we invite you to as friends and family. $250 refundable security deposit required and returned upon check-out with no damages. $145 exit cleaning fee plus nightly rental rates; 13% hospitality local, county and state taxes in addition to rental rates. Great location and NO STAIRS : )

The space was clean but dark… missing natural light. Otherwise, it was just as advertised. There provide plenty of towel and washcloths. And at first, we couldn’t find the third bathroom but it was there. Lol

I would stay at this one level home again. My husband has difficulty seeing and this one level home was perfect for him. The house needs professional cleaning. The cabinets in kitchen are greasy and all bathrooms need scrubbing throughout.

We had a great stay at this beach house in North Myrtle Beach! It was perfect for two families, four adults and four kids. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable, like a towels, toaster, pots, and pans. It’s a little outdated, but the short 3-minute walk to the beach makes up for it.Jo, the owner, is super nice and helpful. The rooms are a good size, though some of the beds are a bit worn. There were some beach items in the garage, but a few were rusty, so you might want to bring your own boogie boards and umbrella.Overall, we had a fun time and loved how close it was to the beach and local attractions like The Crazy Mason. Would definitely stay again.

This is our fourth or fifth time staying here while visiting Myrtle Beach. It would be difficult for me to consider staying any place else. Love the house, the host and everything in between.

Don’t stay here

Overall the closeness to the water and quiet neighborhood were great. The house and furniture are dated and a bit older. Lots of extras in the garage, but all bicycles and stuff very old and barely working. 2 grills, but falling apart each. Time to upgrade the amenities. If you get cold, use the sheets off your bed. Apparently the extra blankets, pillows and stuff in the master closet are off limit (you will get charged for having the host wash them) if you want to talk or have fun after sunset, make sure you do it in the house, cause the hosts spies reporting to her around the clock. Jo will try to make any excuse to keep your security deposit.

Perfect for our family needs. Location was great without the crowded beach. Spacious and functional. Having more light in the kitchen and living room would have been helpful. We had an issue with the AC but Jo was very accommodating and was fixing the problem. Would recommend it for the size of our party.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was even more spacious than we expected, so we had plenty of room to spread out. Jo was fantastic to communicate with and very accommodating. The location was great too, just a short walk down the street to get to beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

The outside appeared a bit dated but the inside was very nice & accommodating. Plenty of room in the living area for all to sit & talk. The master bedroom & bath were roomy & the bed was very comfortable. The two other bedrooms were smaller but accommodated our group very well. We really enjoyed our visit.

House has very large area for communal gathering indoors. Very short walk to beach. Really appreciate that owner has pretty much everything you need for a stay that is normally a hassle to buy/bring (e.g. paper products, linens, soaps, etc.).

What a great getaway!

We loved our time here. Everything was clean and ready to go. Lots books, games, puzzles and movies. So close to the beach and owner was easy reach for any questions. Lots of space to gather in and lots of sleeping areas. We hope to visit again!

A/C is a major issue

Property manager/owner doesn’t allow the A/C to be set below 72 degrees. Says that it will freeze the unit up. If that’s the case, the unit needs to be replaced. That house is HOT. We measured the master bedroom at 81 degrees in the late afternoon one day. No amount of box fans cools that. No one in our family slept the entire time we were there. In addition, I had to wipe up a spill in the kitchen and the floor was gross. Ceiling fans are covered in dust. Everything is outdated. And the house is overall very cluttered. I’m sorry, but I can’t recommend this.

Love the place. Definitely feels like home. Very conveniently located to all the amenities and essentials during a vacation getaway with family, especially the little ones. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this home again. And the host is an amazing 10/10.
