When we got there there were 2 people ahead of us and 1 person working behind the counter. It took us almost 40 minutes to actually check in. When we finished, there were 3 people waiting behind me in the air conditioned office and at least 10 people behind me waiting outside in 95 degree heat. The office only held 3-4 people. We had no soap or tv remote in our room and after having gone to the office twice for these things, the TV didn’t work the entire night and morning we were there due to weak signal, which means it’s likely nobody had tv. Considering they were charging $417.00 a night, that’s pretty pathetic. When I told the guy in the morning I expected some sort of refund, he said have a good day. The place is a dump from the outside.
