From the moment you enter, you will be impressed! Beautiful hard wood floors, tasteful décor, flat screen televisions and a stunning ocean front view will keep you coming back to One Ocean Place. Located in Garden City Beach, just a few minutes from all of the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer, this condo spells elegance and warmth. A gorgeous master bath, three professionally-decorated bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and even a private washer and dryer make your choice an easy one. (It's also available for winter rentals!) LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.

​​​​​​​One Ocean Place is located 1.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier is Horry County. This twelve-story oceanfront complex offers the ultimate experience in oceanfront living! Feel the ocean breeze, listen to the waves crashing along the shore, and watch a sunrise from your spacious oceanfront balcony. Take the elevator down to the ground level and it's only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6' to 7'3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

Have been staying at OOP-2 bedroom units, usually through the owners for years.Twice we have rented 3 bedroom from Dunes Reality. Both times it was necessary to call and report dirty conditionals in 3 bedroom units. Very disappointing. We were so happy to see that Dunes Reality had upgraded check-in policy to allow folks to get in a little earlier if unit was ready. Parking can be crazy at the office. Unit had roaches in kitchen and back bedroom..under bed was filthy. Reported it immediately-nothing done/no call back. Purchased our own supplies including mops/brooms and try to mitigate the situation ourselves. Dryer was not operational…sounded like it was trying to dry pots and pans - not clothing. On Monday worker came - agreed it was broken... left and never came back. No one came, no one called. Husband left messages. Had no way to dry wet towels for 6 people. Not supposed to hang towels on railing – and we understand that… but had no choice. Was not going to a laundromat every day to dry our beach towels. Quicker than lightning …. we received a complaint posted on our front door that we were violation of the rules… When you go on vacation – it is all about enjoying and relaxing-not being angry and frustrated Had one baby still crawling. No one through the Dunes did their job - limited communication at best and no action. Hoping next renter can enjoy a fixed dryer – and a cleaner unit .

Garden City Gem

4th year at One Ocean Place. Different room each year. This was the best!! Very clean and updated. Great view as all rooms have. We will be back to this location.

Great Unit! Great Views! Great Location!

We love Garden City and this building is right in the sweet spot! Building is great, elevators work well, kept up and clean. All the views are great from the 11th floor. Conch Cafe is a walk next door - try the grouper fingers! Dunes were great to work with and made check in-check out very easy.

Labor Day Week Stay 2022

This is our second stay in this particular unit. It could use a little TLC, but is a great location, being close to Murrell's Inlet Marshwalk area and Myrtle Beach proper. It showed end of season wear, but we'd stay there again.

September 2021 Stay at One Ocean Place

This is the third time we've stayed at One Ocean Place, but the first time in a Dunes Resort managed unit. It was a 3 BR 3 BA unit. It was nicely appointed with lots of space. It needs a little updating. The paint is showing quite a bit of wear, but was perfect for our purposes. The balcony was awesome, and the beach at this location is great.

A good place right on the beach

Can’t beat the location, right on the beach, great view, right by elevator. Quiet, too. Overall, nice place, spacious rooms, large living room, but uncomfortable furniture. Beds were hard, but we got used to them and slept fine. Kitchen was a little small and lacking in cookware. Floors were dirty/sticky so we wore socks/shoes. Would stay here again.

Awesome!

This property was beautiful! It was clean! The location was great! You could walk to the Conche Cafe for great food and the beach wasn’t that crowded in front of the north tower. You can rent chairs and umbrella to be set up for you right on the beach in front of the condo complex. There were two pools and hot tubs. It’s a super easy drive to either Mrytle Beach or Murrells Inlet. We parasailed, fished, dolphin watched, and just chilled on the beach. We enjoyed the gorgeous view from the 11th floor. We even saw dolphins one day from our balcony! The parking was easy to use in a garage. I loved that linens were included so we didn’t have to pack those. I would definitely return here.
