The kitchen cupboards a little scary as it is falling down and the roach in the bathroom sink was startling, but the unit was very clean. Initial first impression of the facility itself leaves much to be desired, but the view from the unit is beautiful and the housekeeping staff was great as well. The stove and refrigerator had rust in various places. There was an odor near the refrigerator which was near the door to the unit. The bathroom was ok, but rust around the bathroom door and the bathroom door did not close properly. The ceiling had peeling paint in several spots throughout the unit, including bathroom and around the sliding glass door. Outside the unit the entry area was shabby looking and around the elevator was not very clean. The property could use a makeover. The parking was a block over in a shared parking garage but at least it was not an additional fee. The location was great though, on the pier at the ocean.
