We were very cold the first night, as we did not know we had to request the host switch our system from A/C to heat. The stove and refrigerator had rust in various places. There was an odor near the refrigerator which was near the door to the unit. The bathroom was ok, but rust around the bathroom door and the bathroom door did not close properly. The ceiling had peeling paint in several spots throughout the unit, including bathroom and around the sliding glass door. Outside the unit the entry area was shabby looking and around the elevator was not very clean. The property could use a makeover. The parking was a block over in a shared parking garage but at least it was not an additional fee. The location was great though, on the pier at the ocean.
