The complex is directly on the ocean, allowing the unit to have an amazing view. You will enjoy being within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway along the Grand Strand! Minimum booking age: 25 The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: There is a complex elevator. Self check-in with keypad. 1st floor (elevated from the ground). Kitchen: Fully renovated! Fully stocked to include cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans! Family room: TV. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors. Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony with views of the ocean (Not able to sit on - not wide). Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1\. Bedroom 2: Two beds! Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between bedroom 1 & 2\. Full shower/tub. Bedroom 3: Half bathroom attached. Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3\. Half bathroom - toilet and sink only. Balcony 1: Spacious. Beautiful oceanfront views. Incredible view for sunrises! Balcony 2: Attached to bedroom 1\. Standing only. Pool: There is an oceanfront complex pool. Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer in the unit. Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Guest Access: Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool, shared oceanfront deck, and shared grilling area. The Neighborhood: The perfect central location! The unit is centrally located on the popular Shore Drive. ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 13.3 miles 🐊 Alligator Adventure is about 5 miles 🏦 Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 2.5 miles 🏦 Barefoot Landing is about 4.7 miles 🍷 Duplin Winery is about 4.8 miles Getting Around: Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi. Routine Pest Control happens on the second Tuesday of February, April, June, August, October, & December. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry. ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1\. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2\. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms. The parking lot was big enough to always have a spot available. Checking in was a breeze with the coded keypad. The three bedroom condo fit our needs, and we loved just sitting in the screened in porch watching the ocean. The kitchen had everything you would need for your stay. As far as the bathroom there is a limited amount of bathrooms (which is explained in the pre check in information) so recommended to bring a couple more.The beach location was perfect. The condo is on the beach which made it easy to run back to the condo if you needed something. For April the beach was not busy so there was always room to sit.The neighborhood is quiet at night but easy access to restaurants, shops, and shows.Our only issue during the week was the upstairs condo was doing some renovations so there was banging most of the day, but wasn’t that big of a problem because we were out and about. It was a lovely and relaxing stay in Myrtle Beach. ##### Kevin W. However, the condo was disappointing. While some updates had been made, they mostly masked deeper issues that still remained.The kitchen was minimally stocked with utensils, and the inside of the cabinets had an unpleasant smell, with several dirty dishes found inside. The carpets were dirty, and the bedroom doors were in need of replacement. I understand when a place is simply dated, but this condo felt thrown together just to be rented out, without the attention to detail you would expect.I would highly recommend the property as a whole, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this particular condo. ##### Jen R.
