It was a close walk to the beach and the pool was nice. The place is very outdated to the point of the beds being extremely uncomfortable. The toaster only works if you hold it down while making toast and then only toasts one side of the bread. The owner stopped by a few times which was a bit odd and even though we had an 8 night stay there was only one trash bag. We told him about it on day two but he never brought more. We also only got one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for eight nights so we had to buy some. The location and price were great but due to the beds being so uncomfortable we wouldn't stay again. Many of us did not have hot water for showers. This unit is very cute and has an excellent layout. The location can't be beat, such a short walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with our kids. The only thing that we didn't like was that it seemed one room had not been cleaned before our arrival. The sheets in the bed were sandy and there were granola bar wrappers and tissues under the bed. The rest of the house was very clean though so I think it was just a mistake and likely not a common one. The only other thing was that the bed themselves were not very comfortable. Beach access has a restroom which is nice. I have stayed in the condo four different times. Dave is great to work with and we plan on booking it again. Nice condo and pool.
