Check out this 4th-floor ocean view studio located at the Sea Mist Resort! This apartment is rented fully furnished and will accommodate 2 guests in each bed, as well as a single guest on the twin chair that folds out into a bed. The cot will sleep 1 guest or child This layout makes it a perfect option for families or couples, and it will comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The condo features a private balcony with partial ocean views, TV with basic cable, complimentary resort wifi, dresser and closet for storage, full kitchen, and private bathroom! The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking utensils, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, and more. As of 2020, the kitchen features a brand new microwave that is mounted above the stove, as well as a new stove! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very popular and convenient options as well. Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own. While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings! Cover over box spring was moldy and red stains nasty. Charged us for key cards missing that never used and left in the binder so who ever cleans the rooms is shady for sure. TAKE PICTURES YOU MIGHT NEED THEM. Tv does not work because wifi is weak and that's the only option you have. Listing says you can watch Netflix and other streaming but the wifi doesn't agree with that because it's so weak. ##### Justin D. There was no carts to get your things up to my room,I had to make several trips just to get all my things. The room wasn’t cleaned until almost 4: 45 p.m. and check in was 4:00 p.m. The building was very run down and dirty. I had black mold in the ceiling in my room. The shower was moldy. I left a day early because of nasty the room and building was. I requested a refund for the night I left early, but the third party property management company Coastal Services refused to give me one night refund back. We did not have a good experience at all. We found roaches in our property. It was not very clean. The refrigerator froze our food. The jacuzzi was not clean. The check in directions was not clear. The elevator kept getting stuck. Most of the time you could never find a luggage cart. The T.V was not working properly and it took almost a full day to get someone to come look at it.
